This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between Ar Design Ideas (ADI) and the individual or organization ("Customer", "User", or "Licensee") that purchases, downloads, installs, or uses any ADI digital product.
By installing, activating, accessing, or using any ADI software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not install or use the software.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement and successful purchase where applicable, ADI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the purchased software solely for your internal professional or educational purposes.
This Agreement grants only a right to use the software.
No ownership rights are transferred.
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain the exclusive property of Ar Design Ideas.
This includes, but is not limited to:
The software is licensed, not sold.
ADI may offer one or more of the following license models depending on the product.
Permits installation and use by one named individual.
The license may not be shared with other users without written permission from ADI.
Permits use within a single legal entity in accordance with the number of purchased licenses.
The software may not be distributed outside the licensed organization.
Where applicable, subscription licenses remain valid only during the active subscription period.
Upon expiry or cancellation, the right to use the software ends unless otherwise stated.
ADI may distribute selected products free of charge for promotional, educational, demonstration, or community purposes.
Free products remain fully protected by this Agreement.
No ownership rights are transferred.

All intellectual property rights remain vested exclusively in Ar Design Ideas.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of:
Certain products may require license activation before use.
The Customer is responsible for:
ADI reserves the right to improve or modify activation methods as products evolve.
Where applicable, customers may receive product updates in accordance with the published Update Policy.
Availability of updates does not guarantee:
Major product versions may require a separate purchase or subscription.
Support is provided in accordance with the published Refund & Support Policy.

Many ADI products operate together with third-party software, including Autodesk® Revit®, Dynamo, and Microsoft® Excel.
These products remain the property of their respective owners.
ADI is an independent software developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Autodesk or any other third-party software vendor unless expressly stated.
The software is intended to assist qualified professionals.
It does not replace professional judgement, design review, engineering verification, quality assurance procedures, statutory approvals, or project-specific decision making.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating all software outputs before relying upon them.
Before installing, updating, or executing any ADI software, users should maintain appropriate backups of:
ADI shall not be responsible for loss of data resulting from failure to maintain suitable backups.
Licenses are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by Ar Design Ideas.
Requests for exceptional license transfers may be considered at ADI's sole discretion.
This license automatically terminates if:
Upon termination, the Customer shall immediately cease use of the affected software and destroy all unauthorized copies.
Termination does not affect ADI's intellectual property rights.
The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
ADI makes no express or implied warranty regarding uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every computing environment, suitability for every project, or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from the installation or use of the software.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ADI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the affected software license.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that downloading, importing, installing, and using the software complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and arbitration where applicable.
Subject thereto, the courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
This Agreement should be read together with:
