ADI is an independent software developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Autodesk or any other third-party software vendor unless expressly stated.
Compatibility information published on the website applies only to the software versions specifically identified.
Future software releases, beta versions, operating systems, hardware configurations, or third-party add-ins may affect product behaviour.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

They do not replace professional judgement, engineering review, architectural review, code compliance verification, quality assurance procedures, or project-specific decision making.
Users remain solely responsible for verifying all information before relying upon it in design, documentation, coordination, fabrication, construction, procurement, facility management, or any other professional activity.
ADI products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
While every reasonable effort is made to provide reliable software, ADI does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with every project, or suitability for every workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ar Design Ideas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use its products or services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ADI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product.
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Support Policy published within the ADI Customer Trust Center.
Collection and processing of personal information is governed by the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
ADI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to products or services where these Terms, applicable laws, or license conditions are materially violated.
Termination of access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable arbitration requirements, the courts located in Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
ADI may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in products, services, legal requirements, or business practices.
The latest published version supersedes previous versions from its Effective Date.
